At Pointers, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect and store information necessary for the administration and safe management of the classes you or your child attend at our club. We do not share your personal data with third parties outside of our trusted systems for class and account management.

- Date of birth and gender (for members)
- Relevant medical information required for coaches to ensure participant safety
Who Collects This Information?
Personal data is collected and managed by:
- Pointers Club
- ClassForKids (our booking and class management platform)
Both act as data controllers and are responsible for handling and storing the information securely.
How Is the Information Collected?
We collect personal data when you book a trial class or enrol in our club activities. This data allows us to:
- Notify coaches of attendees
- Contact you regarding enrolment
- Set up a secure member profile
- Manage communication about your classes, payments, or emergencies
Why Do We Collect This Information?
We are required to collect certain data to:
- Comply with safeguarding and fire safety procedures
- Ensure members can safely participate based on medical information provided
- Accurately track class attendance and payments
- Contact parents/guardians in case of emergencies, schedule changes, or cancellations

- Provide important updates about your classes or the Club

We do not share your personal data with external third parties. Information is only shared with systems directly used to manage your account and class enrolments, such as ClassForKids.
