Our Systems

Pointers Gymnastics and Trampoline Club uses secure systems to manage different aspects of club administration.

ClassForKids

ClassForKids is used to manage:

  • Attendance registers
  • Monthly subscription payments (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Parent communication relating to classes

Parents/guardians create and manage their own ClassForKids account when registering with the club.

Pointers Club Website

Our website includes a secure parent portal where parents/guardians can access information relating to their gymnast's progress.

The website is used to:

  • Create secure parent accounts.
  • Record gymnast progression and awards.
  • Allow parents to view their child's achievements.
  • Send automatic email notifications when a gymnast reaches a new award or level.

The website stores only the information necessary to provide these services. 


Sharing Your Information

We only share personal information where it is necessary to:

  • Deliver our services.
  • Meet legal or safeguarding obligations.
  • Work with trusted service providers that help us manage the club.

This includes systems such as:

  • ClassForKids
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • The Pointers Club website

We do not sell, rent or share personal information for marketing purposes.

Information may also be shared where required by law or where necessary to protect the welfare or safety of a child or another individual.
